What's included
- Full PPE technician
- Treatment at dusk for safest, most complete colony kill
- Physical removal of the nest where accessible
- 30-day guarantee on the specific nest (re-treatment free if the colony re-establishes)
What we won't do
- We won't treat honey bees — they're protected pollinators and we'll refer you to a local beekeeper for free removal
- We won't treat at midday on a hot afternoon when the colony is at peak aggression — too dangerous for us and your family
- We won't just knock it down and call it done. The colony has to be treated, not displaced.
Why "knock it down yourself" is a bad idea
Two reasons:
1. A disturbed but not eliminated nest can attack 24+ hours later when you've forgotten about it 2. Yellow jackets and bald-faced hornets release alarm pheromones when threatened, recruiting the rest of the colony to attack
For a single paper wasp nest you can reach with a long pole and you have no allergic family members, a wasp-freeze aerosol applied at dusk is reasonable DIY. For anything else (yellow jackets, hornets, multiple wasps, in-ground), call us.
