Who we are
WebLock Pest Control is a residential pest control company serving Bucks County, Pennsylvania and Northeast Philadelphia. You can reach us at 445-900-4999 or weblockpestcontrol@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Inspection requests: your name, phone number, service address, the pest you're dealing with, and optionally your email and a description of the problem.
- Customer accounts: if you create an account, your email address and authentication details, handled by our login provider.
- Service records: appointment history, treatment records, products applied, technician notes, and photographs taken at your property during a visit.
- Payments: invoice amounts and payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data: standard web server logs.
What we use it for
To contact you about your request, schedule and perform service, keep the treatment records Pennsylvania requires a licensed applicator to keep, bill you, and answer questions about past visits. That's it.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not share your name, address, or the fact that you are a customer with your neighbours, your landlord, or anyone else who asks — bed bug and cockroach work in particular is treated as confidential.
Who processes data on our behalf
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They only receive what they need to perform their function:

How long we keep it
Pesticide application records are kept for as long as Pennsylvania requires a licensed applicator to retain them. Inspection requests that never become customers are removed once they're clearly stale.
Your choices
Email or call us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete what we're not legally required to keep. There's no form and no process — just ask.
Cookies
This site sets cookies needed to keep you signed in and to process payments. If analytics are enabled, they are configured with IP anonymisation and are not used to build advertising profiles.
Children
This is a service for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
