1. Who these terms are with
These terms apply between you and WebLock Pest Control, a residential pest control business serving Bucks County, Pennsylvania and Northeast Philadelphia.
2. Estimates and pricing
Prices shown on our pricing page are honest estimate ranges, not quotes. The actual price depends on what we find at inspection — home size, pest, severity, and access. You get the final number before any work starts, and the inspection itself is free.
3. Scheduling and access
You need to provide safe access to the areas being treated, including basements, crawlspaces, and attics where relevant. If we can't reach the areas the job requires, we'll tell you what's blocked rather than treat around it and pretend the job is done. Please let us know as early as you can if you need to reschedule.
4. Preparation and aftercare
Some treatments — bed bugs and fleas in particular — depend on preparation you do beforehand and steps you follow afterwards. We'll give you those instructions in writing. Treatments where the prep or aftercare wasn't completed may not be covered by our guarantee, because the outcome genuinely depends on them.
5. Our guarantee
If covered pests return between scheduled visits on an active plan, we come back and re-treat at no charge. Specific guarantee periods for bed bug, rodent exclusion, and stinging-insect work are set out on our guarantee page. The guarantee covers re-treatment; it isn't a warranty against damage already caused by pests before we were called.
6. Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless you're on a recurring plan with agreed billing. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never handle or store your card number. Recurring plans can be cancelled by telling us — there's no cancellation fee and no notice period.
7. Products and safety
Every product we apply is EPA-registered and applied at label rate by a licensed applicator. Tell us in advance about pregnancy, respiratory conditions, chemical sensitivities, fish tanks, birds, reptiles, or beehives on the property, and we will adjust the plan. 8. What we can't promise
Pest control reduces and eliminates populations; it does not make a property permanently immune. Reintroduction happens — from travel, secondhand furniture, neighbouring units, and wildlife. In attached homes, results depend partly on whether adjoining units are treated, which is outside our control. We'll always tell you when we think that's the limiting factor.

The guidance on this site is general information for homeowners in our service area, not a substitute for an inspection of your specific property. Pricing, timelines, and seasonal windows are typical figures, not guarantees.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
