Every product we use is EPA-registered, applied at the manufacturer's label rate, and listed on your written visit report. The actives bond to surfaces as they dry — once dry, there's no transfer risk to skin, paws, or food bowls.
Re-entry intervals by treatment type
How long to stay out of a treated area. These are the label intervals for the products we use; we confirm the exact figure for your visit before we start, and it goes on your written report.

Product labels and safety data sheets
You are entitled to know exactly what was applied in your home, and you don't have to justify asking. Every visit report lists each product by name and EPA registration number, the amount used, and where it went.
Ask and we will send you the full manufacturer's label and the safety data sheet (SDS) for anything used at your property — by email, on the day, or years later. The SDS covers first aid, handling, and toxicity data; the label is the legal document that governs how the product may be applied. If a company is cagey about producing either one, that tells you something.

Common safety questions
How long after spraying is it safe for pets and kids?▾
Until the treated surfaces are dry — typically 30 minutes on hard surfaces, up to 60 minutes on carpet/upholstery. Once dry, the active ingredient is bonded to the surface and won't transfer to paws, skin, or food bowls.
Do you use EPA-registered products?▾
Every product we use is EPA-registered, applied at label rate, and listed on your written visit report. We never use off-label rates or unapproved products.
What if I have a cat, bird, or fish?▾
Cats and birds are more sensitive to pyrethroid residuals. We adjust to lower-toxicity options (Alpine WSG, gel baits, dusts in voids). Fish tanks must be covered and the room sealed during interior treatment — pyrethroids are highly toxic to fish.
Do you protect pollinators?▾
Yes. We never spray flowering plants during pollinator hours. For honey bees on your property, we'll refer you to a local beekeeper for free removal — we won't treat them.
What products do you refuse to use?▾
Foggers / 'bug bombs' (scatter pests deeper into walls), older organophosphates banned for residential use (chlorpyrifos, diazinon), and any product at an off-label rate.
Can I see the product label or safety data sheet?▾
Yes, always, and you don't need a reason. Every product we apply is listed by name and EPA registration number on your visit report, and we'll email you the full label and the SDS (safety data sheet) for anything we used at your home. Just ask — by phone, email, or on the day.
What is a re-entry interval?▾
The re-entry interval, or REI, is the time that must pass after an application before people and pets can safely go back into the treated area. For the residential products we use it is defined by the label as 'until dry' — typically 30 minutes on hard surfaces and up to 60 minutes on carpet and upholstery. We tell you the interval for your specific treatment before we start.
I'm pregnant, immunocompromised, or chemically sensitive. What changes?▾
Tell us before the visit and we'll build the plan around it. In practice that usually means moving to bait-and-dust methods placed in voids and cracks rather than any liquid application in living space, scheduling so you're out for longer than the label requires, and increasing ventilation. There is almost always a lower-exposure route to the same result.
