What's covered

What's not covered
- ·Pests we didn't treat for (e.g., we did a perimeter ant treatment and you later get bed bugs from out of town — different job)
- ·Damage to property that existed before service (we'll document anything we see)
- ·Wildlife (squirrels, bats, raccoons) — we'll refer you to a licensed PA wildlife specialist
No contract lock-in
You can cancel any plan anytime with no penalty. We don't believe in trapping people into 12-month contracts. If we're not earning your business every visit, you shouldn't have to keep paying us.
