Every step. Same on every visit. No surprises, no upsells, no foggers.
Free inspection
A licensed PA technician walks the property — interior, exterior, attic, crawlspace as needed. Typically 15–30 minutes.
Written estimate
Flat price, locked in writing. No mid-visit upsells. If we can't help, we'll tell you and refer the right specialist.
Species identification
We never treat without knowing what we're treating. Carpenter vs pavement ant, German vs American roach, brown recluse vs cellar spider — different bugs need different products.
Targeted treatment
Right product, right rate, right location. We use EPA-registered residuals, non-repellent baits, and IGRs depending on species. We don't fog, we don't bomb.
Exclusion + entry-point work
Anything we can seal in the same visit, we seal. Door sweeps, utility-line gaps, dryer vent damage. Half the work on rodent jobs.
Written visit report
You get a list of every product used, where it was applied, and what we observed. Required by PA pesticide regulation; we make it readable.
Free callbacks
If the pest comes back between scheduled visits, we come back free. This is the only honest way to deliver a real guarantee.

Things we never do.
- ✕Use foggers or 'bug bombs' — they scatter pests deeper into walls.
- ✕Quote a price over the phone for anything beyond a one-time. We inspect first.
- ✕Spray near baits — repellents drive workers away from what would actually kill the colony.
- ✕Use off-label rates of any pesticide.
- ✕Add mystery charges to your bill during the visit.
- ✕Treat honey bees — they're protected pollinators. We'll refer you to a beekeeper for free removal.
