Do I need quarterly pest control or one-time treatment?

Choose quarterly if you've had repeat seasonal pests (spring ants, fall mice) or want preventative protection in an older home. Choose one-time if you have a single isolated pest event in an otherwise quiet home, or you're renting short-term. Quarterly is cheaper per visit; one-time has no commitment.

Quick decision flow

1. Have you had the same pest more than once in the last 2 years? → Quarterly 2. Is the home older than 30 years? → Quarterly (more cracks, more entry points) 3. Do you have pets, kids, or a chronic asthma sufferer in the home? → Quarterly (consistent perimeter treatment = less indoor exposure over time) 4. Is this a brand-new construction home, or you've never had pests? → One-time as preventative 5. Are you renting, selling, or living temporarily? → One-time

What quarterly customers pay vs one-time customers pay over 3 years

  • Quarterly customer: ~$1,350–$1,680 over 3 years, covered for all general pests including callbacks
  • One-time customer who needs 2 emergency treatments: $250–$400 + $400–$1,200 bed bug job = $650–$1,600 over 3 years, no continuous coverage

What's included on EVERY visit (regardless of plan)

  • Full exterior perimeter treatment
  • Web and wasp nest removal from accessible areas
  • Entry-point inspection
  • A written visit report listing exactly which products were used
  • Free callbacks between visits if a pest comes back
